    "content": " I want to support this because we are talking of replacing ‘who’ with ‘if the person offering, promising or giving’. We have seen in most cases where policemen receive bribes, the person giving the bribe is not arrested. So, this one is now taking care of the one giving. So that even the one giving or offering will also be charged. It is a good amendment to the Bill. Thank you."
