"content": "As a woman, I am totally disappointed about giving capable women, who have delivered on very many fronts, Ministries with no money just so that you can keep saying that women are not delivering. We are tired and fed up! We are asking for the transfer of this PS to a Ministry that is given money so that she can prove who she is because we know her and we know she is capable. But to give her Ministry money for her to pay salaries is something that I think is just demeaning women and women in leadership and I think that should be put on record that we expect to be given same treatment irrespective of whichever Ministry a woman is heading."
