He had fish and omena hung on his neck to confirm he was a Luo. Let me tell you, Luo never expose their food. I request that we have real Luo when selecting people for future Utamaduni Day celebrations. I have no doubt that the one who was hanging omena and Tilapia on the chest was not a Luo."
