    "content": "Adjournment Motion – he is a high-ranking Member of this House and a Member of my committee, the Departmental Committee on Administration and Internal Affairs. He is quite aware that the matter is active in the Committee. In fact, the Cabinet Secretary and Inspector- General will appear before the Committee in the coming week to shed more light on our police proposed mission to Haiti. So, my prayer is we let the committee conclude and submit a report to this House. The Member has said that the Government has neither provided clear communication or explanation to Kenyans nor their representatives in this National Assembly. My prayer to the Member and the House is that the Adjournment Motion be withdrawn and give the Committee space and time to Table a report before this House. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker."
