Mudavadi and the Prime Minister, titled, “Project Appraisal Document”, dated 23rdth March, 2010. On page 26, they refer to a list of senior staff who were involved in supervision of this programme. Among some of them, if you allow me, is Caroli Omondi, Chief of Staff, Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (OPM), John Musale, Deputy Chief Economist, OPM, Mohammed Isahakia, Permanent Secretary, OPM and Dr. Rachel Gesami, Director, Vision 2030, Coordination, OPM. The clarification I want in respect of that is as follows."
