    "content": "Bill proposes 60 days demand. I do not even understand how favourable this can be. You have still failed to pay the rates. Then you have been told that the auction of the rateable property will be sold at current market value. In other words, if you feel that somebody has undervalued your property, there are other court procedures that you can follow to recover your amount. However, it is the current market value. You cannot sell my house that is worth Ksh40 million at Ksh20 million because my opponent has told you to do so."
