The County Executive Member shall designate the following areas within the county as rateable areas for the purposes of imposing property taxes on— No. 13 of 2011 (a) all properties contained in the specified land registry that falls within areas designated as urban areas under the Urban Areas and Cities Act; No. 13 of 2019 (b) all properties whose change of user has been granted from agricultural to uses that are not agricultural user in pursuance of the provisions of Physical Planning and Land Use Act; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
