    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, this is just a follow-up to the amendments I had made in Clause 25. In view that Clause 25 was not carried, there is no need to prosecute amendment on Clause 30 because it was a consequential amendment to Clause 25. Even though it contains fair and very good proposals, we rejected it. Time will tell. At least, I will go on record that I told the nation the correct thing but we did not carry it. Thank you."
