    "content": "(4) The Chief Government Valuer shall submit a written report to the County Executive Committee Member within thirty days of the receipt of the draft valuation roll or draft supplementary valuation roll. (5) The County Executive Committee Member shall— (a) conduct public participation for comments on the draft valuation roll or draft supplementary valuation roll; and (b) make a draft valuation roll or a supplementary valuation roll available for inspection and copying by any person at a prescribed fee. (6) The County Executive Committee Member shall submit the written report under subsection (4), the draft valuation roll and draft supplementary valuation roll, and accompanying documents to the County Assembly for tabling. This is just about re-drafting, fine-tuning, and cleaning up the clause."
