    "content": "Every child has a right to free and compulsory basic education. However, in parts of this country, other than the lack of resources, there is lack of teachers and it is not because we have not approved the hiring of teachers. In the last budget, we approved the hiring of 30,000 teachers, but because of bureaucracy and bureaucrats who think they are bigger than the Constitution of this country, that has not happened.
