"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me the chance again to support the Motion on the Floor of the House. Article 53(1)(b) of the Constitution recognises the right to compulsory education for all children of this country. I question whether that is the case in this country today because some things are well documented, but there is no implementation. I know that there are many children in this country who do not have access to education today. They do not have access to education not because they do not want, but because they are not facilitated to access education.
