    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I would equally like to thank Hon. Wakili Muriu for coming up with this Motion and for giving me an opportunity to add my voice to it. Education is key. Without education, there is no development. Whoever came up with junior secondary schools was only looking forward. He or she did not come back to see how comfortable they were. Junior secondary schools were domiciled in primary schools without laboratories, electricity, classrooms and teachers. We should not only think about the NG-CDF, but we should also tell the Government or the Ministry of Education to give students enough teachers."
