"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I appreciate the Cabinet Secretary for a detailed response to my Question. I want to ask a supplementary Question on what she has just answered. The El Nino is around the corner. I want to understand whether you have started engaging the county governments to ensure that El Nino will not affect most parts of this country. I am thinking of areas with poor drainage and sanitation facilities. Which measures have been put in place to protect us from El Nino? Now that you are through with the pilot programme on the Cholera vaccination, when are you going to roll out the full vaccination to all counties? All the counties may be affected by waterborne diseases because of El Nino. Cholera is among them. I also want to understand whether there is a component of training for the officers who will be conducting outreach programmes, in terms of the oral Cholera vaccination. Right now, there are still some offices in Mombasa which are complaining that they were not paid or trained, yet they were involved in this process. I thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker.
