    "content": "Lastly, on the issue of supplies, we do our annual budgets for health commodities and supplies. So far, we have tendered supplies worth Ksh5 billion which will cater for all the facilities. However, it is the responsibility of the county governments to make their order to the Kenya Medical Supplies Agency (KEMSA) for the supplies to reach them. We shall work closely with them to ensure that all facilities are well-equipped with healthcare commodities."
