Because I have seen the copy of the responses, I think it should be tabled so that the Table Office can make copies on request by Members if they would like to indulge further. Hon. Cabinet Secretary, kindly note the discomfort of Members in accordance to Article 189 on cooperation between the national government and the county governments so that you also respond to the issue on the many areas you are collaborating with the counties, stating how effective the county governments are."
