"content": "In addition, it is prohibited to advertise or promote tobacco products by means of testimonials, for example, by role models or persons that could influence young people, or an endorsement in any manner, including that which is misleading. The law also prohibits the advertisement of tobacco products by means of organising, promoting or sponsoring of sporting, cultural, artistic and recreational trade fairs, exhibitions, shows, educational or entertainment programmes, events or activities. Display of tobacco brand elements on a non- tobacco product is prohibited, including on clothing."
