I know we have doctors in the House like Dr Pukose, who can clarify to us whether it is a co- chair or a cochlear implant. This is because a co-chair might be something that we have never heard of or never knew what would ever be called a co-chair. We would want to know if it is a cochlear implant or something else that we do not know of."
