Mr. Kabwibwi Mubanga, Deputy Principal Clerk, Research. From the National Assembly of Namibia: 1. Mr. Vincent Sinalumbu, Deputy Director, Research & Information; and, 2. Mr. Raphael Hangula, Senior Information Officer. Hon. Members, the staff from the National Assembly of Zambia are in the country on a visit to the Centre for Parliamentary Studies and Training (CPST) to, among other things, learn about the model and the organisational structure of the Centre. On the other hand, the staff from the Parliament of Namibia are on a study visit to the Department of Public Communication and Media on an exchange learning on, among other things, legislative communication strategy, social media policy, and outreach programmes. Hon. Members, on my own behalf and that of the National Assembly, I welcome them to the National Assembly and wish them fruitful engagements during their stay in Kenya. I thank you."
