    "content": " Hon. Temporary Speaker, I am guided. On the matter of public and private entities being investigated and charged, I think in every corruption case, there is a giver and taker. I agree that we should amend the law so that both the giver and taker are prosecuted. I support that 100 per cent. I also want to implore the architect of these amendments, the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, that we have come across EACC officers who are also corrupt. In as much as they investigate public officers and private entities, there are corrupt EACC officers amongst them. We need to re-look into what needs to be done so that EACC officers conduct themselves with high levels of integrity. On the matter of the Court of Appeal Judges being increased from 30 to 70 then down to 45, I am not sure what scientific formula has been used to arrive at those figures.
