    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I have understood. We can re-look at this issue. As my colleagues have said, the problem may not lie in the Court of Appeal. It lies in sorting out investigation, application of the law, professionalism, and fidelity to the rule of law. We do not need 70 Court of Appeal Judges. We can as well cap the number to the number of counties so that each Court of Appeal deals with one county."
