    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise on behalf of the people of Moiben to support this Committee for the swift action it took and for being vigilant. That is because as far as we are concerned, Article 95 of the Constitution gives Parliament – in this case the 13th Parliament – absolute powers to make laws of the land. Parliament is a House of records and there is no time we have passed an amendment to reduce the allocation from 22 per cent to 18 per cent.
