But the Deputy Leader of the Majority Party, whom I greatly respect, seems to have misconstrued the Standing Order, which is very clear. In all instances where Hon. Chepkonga comes to approve or accept legislation, those sets of legislation will not arrive before this House. They will just write a letter to the Executive. In very many cases, more than half of what they are doing, they approve those legislations. But you will never see them before the House. It is only when we annul legislation that it comes to this House. No wonder you now see very many nullifications rather than approvals. I think he is forgetting that. Thank you."
