"content": "A repair of a battery costs around Ksh100,000 and things like that. As I said earlier, yesterday I had to give Ksh10,000 to the MCA who was given a truck with no fuel. He had to get that money for fuel, get some sand and dump it on the road. That is the situation on the ground. I totally agree with the Committee.
