"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I am happy with the two Questions that I had asked. However, on the third one, I thought of other measures. For example, we know that gold can be used as a hedge against inflation and declining of the value of the currency. I am wondering whether the Cabinet Secretary has thought about buying gold from our neighbours, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), who have plenty of it. We can use it as an insurance policy. There is another question that I would like to ask. Most of the money we get in dollars is from the diaspora. Most people there experience many problems when they transfer their money because of the high transfer cost and many hidden charges. What measures has the Government put in place to remove these challenges and ensure that the diaspora remittances remain high? Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
