I think it is merited that many of the issues he is advancing have historical issues over the last five to seven years. However, I am wondering if he could be misleading the House. This is because, if I remember well, he served as the Governor of CBK within the years he is talking about. In other words, he was part of the team that made the policy that he is talking about. Would he come clear to us and the country to exculpate himself from blame that he is not part of those who made the policy he is talking about?"
