    "content": " I beg to move: THAT, Clause 41 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “aggregate data, medical equipment data or data related to health research,” and substituting therefor the words “health data”; (b) by deleting the words “sensitive personal” appearing in the marginal note and substituting therefor the word “health”; (c) in sub-clause (1)(g) by deleting the word “unintentionally”; (d) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “five hundred thousand” and substituting therefor the words “one million”. In 41(a), we are basically saying the provision ought to cover all categories of health data because sharing data is a grave breach and should not be allowed. We are also enhancing the fines to make them more deterrent and commensurate to the offences of mishandling health data."
