"content": "THAT, Clause 26 of the Bill be amended by— (a) deleting the word “be” appearing immediately after the words “register as” in sub-clause (1); (b) deleting the words “registration with the Social Health Insurance Fund” appearing in sub-clause (5) and substituting therefor the words “compliance with the provisions of this Act on registration and contribution”. (c) by inserting the following new sub-clauses immediately after sub-clause (5)— “(6) A person who is a non-Kenyan that intends to enter and remain in the territory of Kenya for a period of less than twelve months shall be required to be in possession of a travel health insurance cover as may be designated by the Cabinet Secretary.
