I beg to move: THAT, Clause 33 of the Bill be amended by— (a) inserting the words “and in the Kenya Gazette” immediately after the words “website” appearing in sub-clause (3) This is to insert the word ‘Kenya Gazette’ alongside ‘website’. This is pursuant to Article 35 of the Constitution in terms of the right of access to information. This publication on healthcare providers should be made as widely accessible as possible. I hope that the Chairperson will find this not offensive."
