Member, if I may clarify, at this point we are dealing with the First Schedule, sub-clause 2(2) which says: “Despite subparagraph (1), the Authority may within one year from the appointed day dispose of any of the assets vested in the Authority under subparagraph (1).” I want us to deal with that one first then we will come to paragraph 6(1). I do not know if I have been understood. Paragraph 6(1) is where there is so much interest. I want to put the Question on Paragraph (2)(2) of the First Schedule and then we go to Paragraph 6."
