    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I am listening to Hon. Junet and it seems like he has not read the Committee Report. There is a Bill that has gone through the process in the Committee. In fact, the Committee has made amendments on most of the issues he is touching on. The amendments are well stipulated in the Report. I encourage the Hon. Member to go through the Report. It is not only the Leader of the Majority Party who has the monopoly of knowledge to raise points of order and what not. Every Member has the capacity to do so. We should all be encouraged to read."
