We will go by what normally happens. Let those people be taken in. The new Board has the authority and can go ahead and weed out whom they do not want. However, you cannot say that on the day that this Bill will come into effect, all those people will be jobless. Without outsourcing the claims, transition, insurance cover for Level 1 hospitals and how the Cabinet Secretary will operate, I support this Bill. It will take us a long way."
