    "content": "The Bill is good as it is even though it is not much different from the previous NHIF Act. The only difference is the enhanced contributions. Some few words have been changed; contributions to tariffs or premiums and also increased beneficiaries and scope of the illnesses that it covers. Otherwise, it is all the same."
