"content": "THAT, Clause 19 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub clause (2) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (b)— “(c) it is satisfied that the applicant has sufficient financial capacity to commence milling and support growers and retailers.” (b) in sub clause (4), by deleting the words “30th June” and substituting therefor the words “31st December;” (c) in sub clause (6), by deleting the words “1st June” and substituting therefor the words “1st December.” My amendment involves three issues, but I will only move paragraph (a) and wish to drop paragraphs (b) and (c).
