    "content": " We, as the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock cannot take directives from the Chairperson. The Chairperson sat with us and we went through very many things to come up with this amendment. I want to diffuse what Hon. Oundo is saying, that the Chairperson misled us. I mean, we are not so illiterate. He should withdraw. How can you tell us that he misled us by doing what we are doing? We went through this together. We had time, the whole day, to do this amendment."
