Temporary Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 27 of the Bill be amended― (a) by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor with the following paragraph― “(b) such monies as may accrue to or vest in the Board in the course of the exercise of its powers or the performance of its functions under this Act.” (b) by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting therefor with the following paragraph― “(c) monies from any other source as approved by the Board of Directors and Ministry responsible.” (c) by inserting the following new paragraph (d)― “(d) levies and fees accrued from rendered services and products.”"
