    "content": "THAT, Clause 28 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclause― “(1) There shall be a Managing Director of the Institute who shall be appointed through a competitive process by the Board of the Institute and whose terms and conditions of service shall be determined by the Board in consultation with the Public Service Commission in the instrument of appointment or otherwise in writing from time to time.” (b) in the marginal note by deleting the words “Director General” and substituting therefor the words “Managing Director”; (c) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new subclause—"
