    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. My amendment has been captured by Hon. Chairman. However, I have realised that he has levied 4 per cent. That is why we were trying to consult. To promote the local industry, I am proposing that the local sugar be levied at 2 per cent and 4 per cent on the imported sugar. I think the Hon. Chairman has captured that quite well."
