    "content": "(2) Every retailer shall sell sugar and sugar products in a package that satisfies the trade principle of traceability. (3) The Cabinet Secretary shall within six months of the enactment of this Act, make regulations for the better implementation of the provisions of this Section. (4) Any person who contravenes the provisions of this section commits an offence and shall, upon conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or a fine not exceeding one million shillings or both.”"
