    "content": "(4) The Committee shall come up with the pricing formula and in doing so shall take into account the― (a) pricing mechanisms for all other cane related charges paid by the farmer; (b) an index that takes into consideration delayed harvesting; (c) transportation cost per tonne per kilometre of sugarcane; and (d) inflation and adjustment cost of production. (5) The Board shall offer secretariat services to the Committee. (6) The sugarcane prices set by the Committee under subparagraph (3) shall be reviewed after three months provided that the Committee may, with prior approval of the Board, undertake an early review of the sugarcane pricing."
