    "content": " I had an amendment. What I was asking before that is: If you pass that amendment, how do these other amendments come in? I had an amendment for “sugar crop” which means a crop that is cultivated primarily for the manufacture of sugar or secondarily for the production of alcohol. In the amendment that we have, it is grown for the purpose of sugar production including sugar cane and sugar beet which is limited. As we talk, we know that sugar is being used in some factories to produce alcohol. I thought the definition would be complete. The only problem I have with the definition in the The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
