    "content": "Chairman’s amendment is that it limits sugar production to only two crops, namely, cane and beet. Secondly, it also leaves out the use of sugarcane which we know is there even in the production of alcohol. Primarily, it is used to produce sugar and secondarily to produce alcohol. These are the ones that I wanted to bring in the amendments."
