    "content": "We agreed that the first part up to the manufacture of sugar is okay. The only thing that was remaining is that sugar is also used for production of alcohol; methanol and ethanol. We will leave out a big part of the industry if that definition is left out. That is why I am proposing that the amendment be as on the Order Paper."
