    "content": "On 7th April 2021, the United Bank of Africa (UBA) went to court seeking to exercise its statutory right to sell the property in subject in Nairobi to recover the outstanding loan amounting to Ksh162 million. However, on 19th May 2022, the court delivered a ruling by which it dismissed UBA bank's application observing that the Government had commenced compulsory acquisition of the said property. Additionally, in this ruling, the UBA indicated it lost interest in pursuing the matter further."
