    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I support this Motion because our food security and nutrition are paramount. Our country once used to be the food basket of East Africa. If we continue joking around, we will soon be among the people who are malnourished in Africa. People might not come to Kenya to see the animals but the malnourished people in Africa. Food security is a priority and critical to our nation. We have to do something urgently by protecting what we have first. We must not lose it. Also, ensure that we do not engage in things that will bring in Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). For instance, the Kenya Seed Company Limited is set to be sold. That will cause the foreigners to control what seeds Kenyans should plant. All Kenyans have to participate in making sure that we have enough to feed our people."
