    "content": "The talk about food security has come in on time. Now that there are heavy rains all over, farmers cannot take their produce to the market because the roads are impassable. Therefore, even as we support this initiative, Parliament should open its eyes and factor in infrastructure development so that we do not have farmers' produce rotting at home."
