    "content": "Ethiopia and Sri Lanka are totally devalued. They cannot get any financial support from the international money markets. In exercise of their sovereignties, the Governments in those countries are raiding citizens’ accounts and taking away money to pay and support their expenses. As we align our rules and regulations and streamline our taxation rules, I want Kenyans to understand that we must pay our debts and obligations, so that this country can survive and protect our citizens from the adverse effects of failing to do so. With those remarks, I support the Motion."
