    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I stand to support the Petition you presented on robotics and artificial intelligence issues. In medicine, we use robotics mainly in operations. Many of the uses of robotics are not well-regulated. It will be important that we have a law because this is a new technology and field. It is important that even as we use it, we need to have a law and regulation that governs its use. Should somebody get injured from using robotics, then the person should be well compensated, and someone apportioned responsibility. On the issue of the hardship by Hon. Victor, aka Mandazi, it is not just Chepalungu.
