    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for allowing me to also support my neighbour and good friend, Hon. Victor Koech, also known as Mandazi . Chepalungu borders Sotik Constituency. All the conditions which Mhe . Mandazi has enumerated are the same for Sotik Constituency. I want to talk about teachers because they are the beneficiaries of this thing. Teachers from Sotik have shifted to Emurua Dikirr to benefit from the hardship allowance. I ask the Government to develop a policy that is objective and not subjective. ou recall that Chepalungu Constituency was one. Hon. Koech was a Member of Parliament. We need to have the same policy applied to Sotik Constituency. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
