    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I agree with the Leader of the Majority Party, specifically on the issue of quarterly reports. Quarterly reports are working reports which shall be summed up in the annual reports that are submitted to the House. So, by bringing quarterly reports, we are micro-managing the institution and that is the work of the Board and institution. So, I disagree with the Chairman on that."
