    "content": "THAT, clause 35 of the Bill be amended in— (a) sub-clause (1) by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— “(a) a child;” (b) sub-clause (4) by deleting the words “children do” and substituting therefor the words “a child does”. The Bill defines the word ‘child’ in the interpretation clause. Therefore, there is need to maintain consistency in drafting."
